HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… ARE YOU IT?

K&W Engineers, a site design / planning / landscape architecture and civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking qualified candidates experienced in managing projects relating to all aspects of land development.  This includes but is not limited to site layout and design, grading, stormwater management, E&S, NPDES, sewer and water facilities, and related design / permitting work.

Preferred Experience in:

  • Education
  • Athletic Facilities
  • Commercial Land Development

Education:

  • BS in in Landscape Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering
  • Current RLA (or P.E.)

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management.  This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, the overall financial performance of your projects, and team development and growth.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn as well as develop others.
  • Comfortable managing a project team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Must be ready to enjoy and promote a truly unique office culture.

K&W Engineers, a site design / planning / civil engineering and landscape architecture consulting company, is seeking entry-level civil engineering candidates comfortable working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. The right candidate will have an openness to mentorship and take ownership of their work so they can grow and learn by doing.

Education:

  • BS in Landscape Architecture preferred

Technical Skills Preferred:

  • Land Development, Site Layout, Grading
  • Stormwater, erosion control
  • AutoCAD

Minimum Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter, quick learner
  • Willingness to learn through mentorship and growth opportunities
