K&W provided site design, including hardscaping and accessibility features, for a new LEED-certified headquarters building on a 50+ acre site. Primary areas of focus included development of a main pedestrian entry plaza (including vehicular roundabout), accessible routes throughout campus (integrated with a ‘plinth wall’ and other security measures), pedestrian connectivity, and a campus perimeter walking path.

Our work on the original site design included existing utility verification and utility record research, field topographic survey to locate existing site features and to obtain existing ground elevations, field location of property boundary lines and street right-of-ways, wetlands locations, off-site utility surveys, and roadway intersection surveys for PennDOT permitting.

After designing the original campus, K&W was asked to create a new outdoor patio and sports court to enhance employee wellness.
