The intent of this project is to manage the existing mature vegetation across the entire 53-acre Briarcrest Gardens property. Many of the mature trees had grown to the point where branching was extending over building rooflines and parking lots. This had become a liability in terms of potential pedestrian safety hazards and building and property damage through limb drop, and animal access into buildings. K&W documented the trees on the property and created recommendations from the assessment. The expectation is that the remaining trees are healthy, and that further proactive tree and/or limb removal will not be necessary for at least the next several years.
