22-acre site master plan makes room for MANUFACTURING BUILDING ADDITION

tOTAL SITE iNVESTIGATION, EVALUATION, & PLANNING IN SPRING GARDEN TOWNSHIP

K&W led the site evaluation, investigation, and site planning work for a global food manufacturer’s operational expansion evaluation. Working with a design-build contractor, we performed a comprehensive due diligence study on an existing structure / campus in an industrial area. Geotechnical services were also requested for the evaluation.

A key component of the project was development of a site master plan (layout and grading) for a +/- 116,000 SF building addition and parking / traffic circulation on the 22-acre campus. 

This included extensive review of municipal zoning and subdivision / land development ordinance requirements, preparation / submission of a Traffic Scoping report and Traffic Impact Study, coordination with the Township Engineer, and coordination with municipal staff regarding sewer availability / capacity for the project.
