Historically, half of our work is for projects owned or built by public sector clients. We are extremely sensitive to our role in the stewardship of public assets and taxpayer resources. We work with all levels and types of governmental entities – municipal, authorities, boards, commissions, the Commonwealth of PA and US Federal agencies – to enhance public spaces.
Requirements for these projects can be more stringent. Whether planning for a new community building, designing a recreational park complex, or helping the Commonwealth to stimulate economic development, we use our land development and site design expertise to benefit the communities we serve.
