Hybrid Flexibility, But You Won’t Want to Miss the Office.

Yes, you can work from home. But our HQ is a 1920s mansion with riverfront views, and our team is actually fun to be around—so you’ll probably want to show up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Translating design concepts into accurate, buildable CAD drawings that your team will go, “Whoa, that’s clean.”
Collaborating with engineers and landscape architects to bring great ideas to life.
Making Civil 3D work for you – alignments, surfaces, grading, all that good stuff.
Thinking beyond the redlines (AKA: Refining site layouts, grading, stormwater, and utilities).
Solving problems on the fly because no project every sticks to the plan.

What We Need from You:

3-7 years of land development drafting experience.
Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D – you know your way around.
Experience in the land development process from start to finish.
A team-first mindset. The best ideas come from working together.

The Work Setup:

Hybrid: In-office at least 2 days a week (Tues-Thurs recommended), with the rest remote.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9-hour shifts. Fridays? We’re out by NOON!
Office perks: Professional but fun. A historic mansion, river views, and a snack stash that somehow replenishes itself.
