K&W presents to Capital Region Council of Governments

K&W’s Thomas P. Wilson, P.E., Frank Lentz, EIT, and Greg Dice, GIS coordinator; gave a presentation to about 40 members of the Capital Region Council of Governments (CapCOG) recently regarding the updates to the DEP NPDES MS4 PROGRAM: DEP is planning several updates to the NPDES MS4 program in the coming years and the presentation provided an overview of the anticipated changes and new requirements, including revisions to the MCMs, The MS4 Requirements Table, Pollutant Control Measures (PCMs), and Pollutant Reduction Plans (PRPs).
