K&W has won a 2026 Central Penn Business Journal Top Project Award! This CPBJ Award recognizes work that expands the beauty at The Villas at The Hotel Hershey.
The project included nine new villas, a utility and maintenance building, a shuttle stop pavilion for easy guest transportation, pedestrian walkways, and parking designed to connect the new villas to the existing resort.
K&W overcame the site’s steep slopes, wooded terrain, and limited construction access while preserving existing native shade trees, woodlands, and natural views. Guest disruptions were minimized with tactical phasing, close design and construction team coordination, and logistics planning.
The result: Beautiful, private, spacious accommodations thoughtfully integrated into the resort’s amenities.
