Challenges:

• Obtaining municipal and PennDOT approvals
• Providing safe and efficient access to residential community

Solutions:

• K&W obtained special exception approval from Paradise Township for the townhome community

The K&W Advantage:

• Through the preparation of a detailed Traffic Impact Study, and presentation to Township officials, K&W was able to secure a special exception approval for the townhouse development at the site, thus preserving the existing Residential Zoning.
