Northeastern School District Stadium Renovations

Owner: Northeastern School District (NESD)
Site Improvements:
- Installation of a new sub-surface storm drainage system
- Installation of a monofilament infill (synthetic) turf system
- Re-spray of the existing synthetic track surface
Challenges:
- Land development / municipal regulatory agency permitting required to be secured within compressed time frames in order to accommodate District athletic teams schedules.
Solutions:
- Working closely with the client and municipal officials ensured that key issues of the planning approval process were secured prior to the submission of Land Development plans.
