South Western School District Stadium Improvements

Site Improvements:
- Re-grading of existing turf field and installation of sub-surface drainage, irrigation system, and new natural turf for same.
- Relocation and re-design of the jump and vault areas.
- Installation of a new polyurethane (synthetic) track surface.
- Site drainage improvements
- New paving and walkways (for improved pedestrian circulation).
- Integrated stadium and athletic field pedestrian connections.
Challenges:
- Land development / municipal regulatory agency permitting required to be secured within compressed time frames in order to accommodate District athletic team schedules.
Solutions:
Working closely with the client and municipal officials ensured that key issues of the planning approval process were secured prior to the submission of land development plans.
