Services Provided

• Preparation of yearly Wasteload management (Chapter 94) Report
• Management of the Authority's biosolids land application program, which includes record keeping, annual reporting, and permitting
• Review of all sewage facility planning requests and sewer connections and/or extensions
• Coordination of the activities performed by the Authority's contract operation firm and necessary troubleshooting
• NPDES permit renewal
• Water Quality Management permit modifications
• Construction Administration and Oversight of recent facility upgrades and renovations, including the installation of a new influent pump station, final clarifications tanks, post aerations, and U.V. disinfection
• Annual user rate evaluations
• Annual tapping fee evaluations in accordance with the new requirements of Act 57
