K&W Engineers and Consultants, located in Swatara Township, recently hired Karen E. Giffin, a licensed professional engineer to support the Land Development service area. Her expertise includes site planning, land development, environmental permitting and stormwater management design. Karen has both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
