K&W Engineers and Consultants of Swatara Township, Dauphin County and Manheim Township, Lancaster County, is proud to announce Matthew P. Davis has passed the Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) Certification.  Certification is obtained after a candidate successfully completes the Precertification Academy and passes the certification examination administered by the State Board. Matt's successful completion of this program demonstrates a knowledge of the Pennsylvania Sewage Facilities Act 537, which requires that local agencies administer the program to plan for and regulate individual and community on-lot sewage disposal systems. The local agency must employ a certified sewage enforcement officer (SEO) to issue or deny permits for all on-lot sewage disposal systems within its jurisdiction.
