K&W Engineers and Consultants, headquartered in Swatara Township, Dauphin County has added Wetland Services to their wide array of site design capabilities.  Mr. Matthew P. Davis will be responsible for implementing wetland services in addition to his land surveying duties.  Matt has a degree in Landscape / Horticulture and a degree in Surveying Technology from Penn College of Technology in Williamsport, PA and education training in Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation, Bog Turtle Surveys, Forest Ecology, Constructed Wetlands, and FEMA Floodplain Regulations.
