K&W Engineers and Consultants receives Clean Water Award

K&W Engineers and Consultants, headquartered in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, has been selected by the Cumberland County Conservation District to receive the 2009 "Erosion and Sedimentation Control Clean Water Award".  K&W was honored with this award for "outstanding erosion and sedimentation control measures which contribute to the conservation of Pennsylvania's soil, water, and related natural resources" for their work on several projects in Cumberland County, including the Cumberland County Prison Expansion and Cumberland County Public Safety Building Projects (both of which required the securing of an NPDES individual permit) in Middlesex Township and the Eisenhower Elementary School / Pollock Performing Arts Center project in Camp Hill.
