K&W Engineers and Consultants

On Thursday April 23, the children of our employees were invited to spend a morning in the office of K&W to learn about the daily tasks of their parents.

The program was designed to introduce the children to the world of civil engineering and landscape architecture, including the wide array of skills and services that K&W provides. Each child had the opportunity to learn about site development, land survey and equipment, the AutoCAD program, stormwater management, and how to make a colored rendering. There were presentations, hands-on activities, and demonstrations to show them what the employees of K&W do each day. All the children were presented with certificates for their involvement.
