In 2005, J. Marc Kurowski, P.E. and Thomas P. Wilson, P.E. formed a partnership combining their many years of experience and expertise with the primary goal to provide skilled, comprehensive and dependable engineering and consulting services. Marc and Tom recognize the need for an honest and personal approach to projects, which is characterized by:

Bios

Thomas P. Wilson, P.E.
Principal

With more than 20 years of engineering experience, Tom provides diverse civil engineering services to both governmental and private sector clients.

After Hurricane Agnes forced his family to evacuate his childhood home in 1972, Tom developed an active interest in learning about rainfall, rivers and how flooding can affect communities.

Tom pursued these interests throughout his formal education as he earned a degree in physics from East Stroudsburg University, a degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University. Tom is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.

Tom strives to fully understand each client and their goals in order to provide services with conscientious attention to how his decisions affect the community at large.

J. Marc Kurowski, P.E.
Principal

Marc's interest in civil engineering developed during his course work at The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his Civil Engineering degree in 1992. Since then, Marc has been applying this knowledge to provide quality engineering services with an emphasis on personal interaction and a straightforward approach.

Marc thrives on the challenges associated with working with team members on a variety of projects to produce customized solutions. Through concise documentation and aesthetically pleasing plans, Marc is able to clearly communicate the full range of solutions for a project through one-on-one meetings and public presentations. Marc's common sense philosophy is partnered with creative problem solving to add value to each project.

Marc has served as the Project Manager and primary client contact for significant and varied land development projects and has also served as Engineer for a number of municipalities performing plan review services and representing the municipality at Planning Commission and Supervisors / Council meetings.
